Detect Defection System

　　CYNTHIA84 detects defections to measure surface potential on the sample
　　by using micro area surface potential probe. There are various kinds of defections,
　　but it is possible to detect those are modulation about 70% black points or white points
　　to φ0.1mm shorter. Besides, type of line defection and the problem about original drum are detectable too.
