Environment Chamber Model




  

  The measurement of environment characteristic on OPC drum is very important.
  Therefore, we set the scanner in the constant temperature and humidity chmber; it is possible
  to measure at
55% to 6090%, so that becomes more stability environment for measurement.
  We adopt special glass fiber for light guide and set the following light source outside of this chamber.

   Xenon lamp spectral light source: PLAS_41

   Halogen lamp spectral light source: POLAS_39

   Halogen lamp single wavelength light source: POLAS_23

It is possible to measure long time by adopting high molecule humidity sensor, and also to be higher rotation speed maximum 1000RPM by optional program.

・Direct mode automatic control model: CYNTHIA59S

CYNTHIA59 can change 9 drums automatically by step mode, and also CYNTHIA59S can change
5 drums automatically by direct mode. Different size drums can attach. This model can measure
some drums as it doesn’t have any effect for environment condition in the constant temperature chamber.
