The measurement of environment characteristic on OPC drum is very important.
　　Therefore, we set the scanner in the constant temperature and humidity chmber; it is possible
　　to measure at 5℃5% to 60℃90%, so that becomes more stability environment for measurement.
　　We adopt special glass fiber for light guide and set the following light source outside of this chamber.
