When setting electrodes opposite on the surface of OPC drum,
　　　the change of the surface potential induces current on electrodes.
　　　X1 probe measures and processes this current.
　　　How to use X1 is various, for example using the NESA glass,
　　　X1 can measure the change of the surface potential on the OPC drum
　　　by radiating the ray from behind the NESA glass.
　　　And also X1 can use to measure electric potential of the micro area by making exposure smaller.
